Maintaining high-frequency release updates which support the challenges users face today is a differentiating factor at Diligent. Marie Webb understands the incredibly stressful operating environment for the people responsible for presenting information in a co-ordinated and helpful manner. In her words ‘anything, she can do from a productivity perspective is important’.
Marie is the Senior Product Manager for Diligent. As a proud member of the Christchurch team, Marie is confident it sets itself apart from the rest by making sure they understand what today’s Boards need, mapping it to how they work and ensuring the Diligent solution is easier, safe and useful.
This high level of responsiveness is something she outlines is a natural part of the Diligent product set. Facing into the extreme changes COVID-19 created overnight for directors and administrators around the world saw her team include video conferencing details into the Diligent platform in a matter of weeks.

Marie and her team achieve this by understanding the accelerated operating environment boards and administrators now face.

The white glove customer service experience Diligent delivers is something Marie incorporates into product management. The focus for the team is to remove stress for clients, not add any further issues in what is a challenging environment.
“The focus on quality remains for us. And you know we are operating under pandemic mode too. We are mindful of the stress for everyone, but we make sure our releases still maintain the high-quality outcome clients have come to expect.”
